A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will go toward the service and the remaining balance will be due at time of service completion.


Sometimes unforeseen circumstances do occur that may need you to postpone or reschedule your procedure. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48-hour notice is mandatory. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician but other clients as well.

If you DO NOT call with a minimum of 48-hour notice you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $150 deposit to book a new date.


Everyone’s time is valuable, so if you are more than 15 minutes late you’ll be considered a no-show for your appointment. We understand that things happen out of your control sometimes, but we do always fill up our booking calendar and cannot push back any other appointments.

Your deposit and appointment will be forfeited – there are no exceptions to this rule. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone else that has booked in that day.

Please take account of traffic and road closures so you can arrive on time.


If you have previous eyebrow tattoo and are interested in cover up/correction you MUST email us a clear photo of your eyebrows. PRIOR to booking an appointment to be considered.

We can NOT guarantee results for cover up/corrective work.  If previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment to achieve best results.

Cover up/Corrective work generally requires multiple sessions will be charged accordingly.

If you show up to your appointment with cover up work to be done and no previous communication regarding the work, your deposit and your appointment booking will be forfeited.


Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will in turn forfeit your deposit.
